Our mission is to provide an online space for students to learn about the intersection of medicine, disease, and society. This includes topics related to health disparities, social determinants of health, the intersection of communicable (infectious) and noncommunicable (non-infectious) diseases and public/global health, sociological perspectives of health and illness, among many others.
